905 Molylube
905 is a dispersion of MoS2 blended with mineral spirits and proprietary synthetic diluents, to give 905 superior bonding characteristics. Its primary use is applications where water wash out is a concern; this makes 905 Molylube perfectly suited for outdoor environments such as mining, and pulp and paper process applications. This is accomplished through a chemical process where after evaporation of the mineral spirits, a tacky adhesive film that has superior resistance to water wash off remains.
925 Molylube
925 general purpose lubricant is a dispersion of MoS2 in a petroleum oil and solvent carrier. 925 was originally designed to handle the severe conditions faced by today’s automotive conveyor systems. Its high flash point of 205°F (60°C) and water resistant properties make it ideal for a broad range of conveyor applications including washers, paint spray booths, dip tanks and ovens. This lubricant contains performance enhancing additives that allow it to penetrate quickly and cure to a dry film, which is essential for dusty/dirty as well as wet environments. Viscosity 100°F SUS 25-35.
925C Molylube
